• Start same day or with in 24 to 72 hrs (most cases).
• 1-2 days start to finish 
• Contract signed by a DEMOLITION MAN your demolition contractors Pretext bid  or typed letter head prior to work starting.
• Insurance certificate given prior to work starting.
• Permits pulled if needed.
• Projects completed per City, State & Federal codes.
• Dumpsters & Equipment required coordinated by Demo Man.
• Fire place removal or dismantled 
• work areas swept or vacuumed spotless daily during our demolition services work & after work completed.

• DEMOLITION MAN team members can install dust control & flooring protection bid line item cost or home owner can do with some direct from Demolition Man to home owner if needed.

1- Dust control - plastic installed draped from ceiling to floor Area as needed . 

2- Flooring protection required at times 

3- Gas line : required to be turned off prior to starting . 

4- Home Furnace: turn off prior to starting so Dust not pulled into spread around home .

5- all duck work in work are block vents plastic or towels so nothing pulled in spread around home .
